Welcome to the Tees Valley VTS Website

The Tees Valley (Previously Cleveland) Vocational Training Scheme is one of the largest and longest established in the country. However, it also considers itself one of the most forward thinking and has a number of different features to many other Schemes.
This GP Training Scheme covers an area which extends from Loftus and Saltburn up to Easington in County Durham and to Darlington in the West. (View Map)

Mission Statement
"To offer the highest possible educational opportunities for all in the Tees Valley VTS, enabling Registrars and Trainers to realise their full potential in delivering quality care to patients and to produce competent, caring doctors who will mostly be GPs and who choose to remain in the area and become Trainers".

This GP Training Scheme covers an area which extends from Great Ayton in North Yorkshire up to Easington in County Durham and to Darlington in the West.
