Scheme Forum

The scheme forum is now up and running, I am pleased to say we have three volunteers from each year group. This is your chance to have a say in the way the scheme is run, to feedback issues through the scheme to the national bodies, to organise social events for all – contact one of your year reps or the scheme office email. Meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of each month at 1pm – to allow all year groups to attend.

Scheme Development Day

This was well attended by trainers and registrars alike – the content of the meeting can be seen in the Downloads section. One suggestion that came from the final years was to set up a mentoring system for advice from more experienced registrars.

Feedback Form

Feedback about your experience in your posts is used to improve training both by sharing best practice and helping posts improve the educational experience in future. I am aware it may be difficult to give honest (negative) feedback to your supervisor; in an attempt to improve this we are starting to use an online survey – you will receive a link by email when this is due.
