A At any time during your training.

A Yes the RCGP have posted a
sample questions here
Q Is there a time limit after passing
the AKT?
A Yes, this is only valid for three
years, bear this in mind when planning
to sit it, particularly if you are
considering a break or are intending to
undertake part time training thus
extending your training period.

the CSA?
A Yes, this is only valid for three
years, bear this in mind when planning
to sit it, particularly if you are
considering a break or are intending to
undertake part time training thus
extending your training period.
Q How Long is the CPR certificate valid
for?
A. The College position has not changed
on this point with the introduction of
nMRCGP. The College regulations state
that a GPStR requires to have a valid
CPR/AED certificate at the time of their
application for a CCT.
NHS Trusts state CPR is mandatory on an
annual basis, and this is the
requirement of the Northern Deanery
